Deliver the car to the dealership, We received a RECALL notice for the car. Called the dealership and was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. Deliver the car to the dealership, received a loaner car for the day and was able to manage the day. Received a phone call when the service was complete. Returned to the dealership, received the car back and continued the day. I was impressed by the speed in which the recalled items was fixed. More

I found a seat in the customer lounge as I had elected to wait for the car at the dealership.. On such a hot day it was nice to have such a cool and comfortable place to wait. . Some time later the car was ready to go and checkout was swift and easy at the front desk. Bill is always a delight to work with and visiting the dealership is enjoyable, not a chore. Thanks Keyes! The Keyes to Excellence It was a little rocky road to getting correct answers to my questions regarding the warranty coverage over the phone due to technical difficulties wit It was a little rocky road to getting correct answers to my questions regarding the warranty coverage over the phone due to technical difficulties with the computer system. Finally, Mike Nazari had access to the system and was able to thoroughly and simply explain the coverage details, much to my disappointment in relation to previous information I received. However, Mike sensed my disappointment/frustration and readily checked out what discounts/offers were available to reduce the cost of the service. He had such a pleasant, helpful and calming demeanor, I began to feel less stressed. The estimated wait was about 3 hours so he offered me a complimentary rental car which I accepted. The staff at the Enterprise Rental office was very professional and pleasant. When my Honda was ready, Mike personally informed me while I waited in the comfortable, cool and clean waiting room. He reviewed the service details with me and tried again, unsuccessfully, to obtain the service history in the system which was still unavailable, but suggested that I call him another day when system was up and running. I must mention that, as many times that I dispensed the sanitizing gel bottle on his desk and spilled the gel on the floor, he never became impatient nor annoyed, he was more apologetic and quickly wiped up the gel. He's a charm bear. Fyi, I am in the process of purchasing this leased vehicle and wanted to make sure it was in good mechanical order. He even replaced the FOB battery. Thank you Mike for your excellent service. More
