She encouraged us to visit and said it would be worth our while. It seemed evident that this got the sales person/manager to work reasonably efficiently. We believe both parties benefitted. Ruby also brought multiple cars to us for review and explained functionality and set up features upon completion of the sale. Once the deal was agreed upon it took longer than necessary to get out the door (just under two hours from that point in time) this was mostly a waiting scenario, not the actual signature/finance process.
