We initially worked with Jay who was very personable, patient and helpful. We also had a chance to talk to Brian, the general manager, who was very accommodating and frank. We were particularly impressed by Lucine Martirosian who did the paperwork for us. This is the second time that we bought a car from this dealership and we will certainly come again in the future.
