Service was completed quickly and car washed and presented ready to drive out on the driveway. I normally deal with John Shaw as My service manager but he was off taking a day of training. Riley stood in for him and took very good care of Me. I love and appreciate the Genesis experience at Keyes Genesis in Van Nuys. More
