Oil and Filter Change and 11,250 mile service Arrived at the Appointment time and immediately was greeted and had my car whisked off to get my service. Waiting room was pleasant and provided with an upscale coffee and drink bar along with some pastries to nibble on while I waited. They provided a number of laptop computers for use as well. Service was completed quickly and car washed and presented ready to drive out on the driveway. I normally deal with John Shaw as My service manager but he was off taking a day of training. Riley stood in for him and took very good care of Me. I love and appreciate the Genesis experience at Keyes Genesis in Van Nuys. More
