First time for service, new car owner Bought my vehicle three months ago at Keyes Woodland Hills which is in the process of closing. First time at Keyes Hyundai in Van Nuys and John Shaw Bought my vehicle three months ago at Keyes Woodland Hills which is in the process of closing. First time at Keyes Hyundai in Van Nuys and John Shaw was my service consultant. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with a diligent attitude. My repair was for a faulty cylinder ignition coil and was covered under warranty. John kept me updated as to the status of the repair work which I appreciated. Vehicle was washed and ready earlier than anticipated. Would definitely recommend John Shaw as a service consultant. More
