Smooth experience 30k Service . Only dysfunctional item third brake light bulb burnt out. Viewed video to fix myself but saw how easy it was to break wires. Had them 30k Service . Effectively efficient I had a 9:30am appt. for an ECM factory recall. I showed up and Mr. Song met me at my car. He again took time explaining the features of the car and ensuring that I would be prepared to drive, even down to showing me how to connect my phone.
