The choices of Hyundai dealers was essentially: The one near your home, lousy; the one 20 miles away, really good. I was not in the mood to get towed to a bad place, so I took the long ride to Keyes Hyundai. I am glad that I did. While they were not next door, Keyes provided me with excellent service, and fine communications. I knew just what was happening, and got a checklist of items that could be serviced if I so chose. The car came back better than it had been before the problem arose. Keyes did a great job and they've got my future business. More

Air conditioning fix I was able to make an appointment for the next day, was in and out for the drop off in 10 minutes. Great Salesman, great car! I had a great experience with Salesman, Miles Blake. He was efficient and knowledgeable about the car. Able to give me great information because i tho I had a great experience with Salesman, Miles Blake. He was efficient and knowledgeable about the car. Able to give me great information because i thought i wanted the bluetooth charging included, but it wasn't really what i wanted. Miles knew exactly how everything would work together. Finance was easy and fun with the tabletop screen. Getting the car on the same day was not expected, so I didn't have it cleaned out. You can imagine by the time we finished with everything it was getting late and we had obligations. So we cleaned out the car. My partner and I each took a section. But she missed two sections, because they are not normal section. I know I should have double checked everything. A $100 pair of sunglasses was left in the overhead compartment and some personal items in the top glove compartment. By the time I realized it, because I got sick, but it was only two days later, everything was GONE. It seems to me you should give customers a couple more days to look around, see if they have everything and be able to retrieve what might have been left. That's my only complaint. Service and extended warranty John Shaw was my consultant and kept me abreast of all of my service issues. He even arranged for my rental.
