25,000 mile service, check brakes, change oil I brought the car in for a 25,000 mile service and to change the oil, rotate the tires and check the brakes. I was also offered to clean the air condi I brought the car in for a 25,000 mile service and to change the oil, rotate the tires and check the brakes. I was also offered to clean the air conditioning ducts, replace the transmission oil and replace the belt that was 6 years old and cracking. The failure of the belt while driving could lead to the car stopping while on the freeway. The squeaking of the brakes was found to be cause by dirt, which was cleaned and I was shown there was 7 mm on one set of brakes and 8 mm on the other, so it was not necessary to replace my brakes that could have cost $600. I was also given a 7 point inspection, our recall computer upgrade was completed and the car was washed. Our service tech Jimmy Molina did a great job getting me in and out in time to return the car to my wife so she could drive our grandson. More

I advised it was sluggish and randomly wouldn't close. Now I need a NEW system!??! And to boot, it's an extended warranty exclusion! More
