I am unhappy with what I believe was a sincere attempt to hide the fact that there was not a second key fob for the car I purchased. Shame on me for not asking. It is a used car. But the salesperson walked hide the fact that there was not a second key fob for the car I purchased. Shame on me for not asking. It is a used car. But the salesperson walked around with an envelope that I assumed contained the other key. Only at the end when I was handed my final docs did I realized that there wasn't another key fob. Susan said that she would look into it but didn't ever follow up with me. The fob I have has a tag written by Keyes Hyundai that says "Spare" on it. I would love to have the GM contact me just so that I can explain more although I have no real expectation that anything will be done. More
I wish that Hyundai gave loaner cars. If you don't live within the mile range you have to just wait. George was satisfactory as a sales associate and I negotiated with him. When we got to a price that was satisfactory, I went to the leasing manager and signed the paperwork. Later on, I realized that they added things like Vehicle Theft, and Road Hazard and Catalytic Converter theft. Also, after the agreed upon deposit, they required the dealer cost, license, etc which was supposed to be included in the deposit as a separate required check. That is very misleading. I had to ask later on the money factor which they never gave. More

Service tech took almost 1/2 hour to attend to me AFTER I arrived for my appointment. It used to be just a few minutes! I just came for routine service and it took 5 hours to finish! just 6 months to a y arrived for my appointment. It used to be just a few minutes! I just came for routine service and it took 5 hours to finish! just 6 months to a ye4ar ago it was around 2 hours. I was told that the service dept lost 9 mechanics. What's up with that? The service prices have gone through the roof! It costs at 3-4 ties more than it did just a year or two ago. I was told the hourly labor charge is around $235. Not so long ago it was around $100. Way too much! Same with the parts. Which begs the question why can't you staff up instead of being down by 9 guys? After 12 years of Keys servicing my car I will now seek out an independent mechanic, who will attend to me faster and at a lot less cost. More

This is the second time I brought my car in for service but could not have the recalls completed. Before this visit, the dealership should have told me that the recalls couldn't be completed. I had a great experience purchasing the car, but the service experience has been disappointing. I've been in 3 times and 2 have left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The first was just a very long wait for help from an advisor when I got to the dealership. My most recent experience was similar. I arrived on time for my 745am appointment, and my Advisor was a half hour+ late. Once they came to assist me, I realized I might not be able to receive either of the two services I had brought my car in to receive. One was a recall item and the other was a fix to a rattle. At first I was told the machines or software (I believe) needed for the recall were intermittent, but ultimately i was able to leave the car to have that implemented. The very discouraging news was in order to have the rattle fixed, I would need to leave my car there for 1.5 to 2 weeks since it was a diagnostic evaluation. I explained that the first time I was in, I told the Advisor about the rattle and it was fixed that same day. I was told that it was a common rattle found with the Ioniq 5, they were aware and they knew what to do to remedy it. This second time, still got the 1.5 to 2 weeks line even though I asked if someone could just look at the service record and tighten up that same spot. I asked about loaners if I was going to leave my car for 2 weeks and was told there was a 21 person wait list. I love my car, but it's really disappointing to have someone show they don't value your time (making clients wait and return their cars for multiple visits) and don't want to try to help find a solution for you.
