That being said, we were a little weirded out that the math figures on the write ups were hard to understand and for her to explain them even. We didn't like at all the attempt of Julius to sell us the extended warranty or whatever you call that. Having just gone thru that with the Long Beach Hyundai dealership last year for our first electric Kona, I am not sure why that old "last lap that takes hours" is necessary? It feels like really working the customer. Julius was nice enough and probably just doing his job as prescribed, but why don't you get rid of that stupid thing? It is a new world and you have good products and you don't need to hard sell anything in my view. If not for that, it would have been 5 star. More

I've had some terrible dealership experiences, so I prefer to use our family mechanic whenever possible. That said, a recall on my daughter's Elantra GT left me no choice but to set up an appointment at our local Hyundai dealer (deep breath). I arrived a half hour before my appointment, got out of my car, and went to the service desk. Much to my surprise, I was greeted by a Hyundai staff member who was well-mannered, respectful, and very kind-hearted. As a matter of fact, all three men I interacted with during my visit were absolute gentlemen. When I returned to pick up my daughter's car, I purchased a rear windshield wiper from the parts department, and AGAIN, I received the same warm, genuinely kind response from the girl who was working the parts desk. The part was paid for and in my hands within five minutes. In my 55 years of driving, I have never had such a positive experience with dealership employees. This facility seems to be in the midst of a significant turnaround. In prior months I was met with bruising unannounced delays and protracted silence, for scheduled service with an appointment. But this week I had a surprise malfunction with our fantastic Santa Fe and despite the unknowns had our car back and functional in less than 24 hours. Our service advisor Jonathan Hughes was courteous and responsive and the overall manager Rick Cotright seems to be a miracle worker. More

I had a really good buying experience with my CPO 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy. I would definitely buy from Keyes Hyundai again. I did have one issue that remains unresolved and that is that the vehi Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy. I would definitely buy from Keyes Hyundai again. I did have one issue that remains unresolved and that is that the vehicle had a cargo cover and cargo net shown on the window sticker, but neither one was shipped with the vehicle when I purchased it. I was disappointed I did not receive those items, especially the cargo cover. If that was made right, my purchase experience would have been PERFECT! There is still time for perfection Keyes Hyundai if you are reading my review. Thanks again for a beautiful vehicle. More
