Very pleased with the outreach from Keyes as my lease was expiring. Very easy exchange of information - Ruby provided everything I asked for to give my confidence in the deal. It made me to renew my car lease for second time with them - a new car ofcourse. However, I faced an issue with the car fuel system and thats when I saw the true face of their worst service center. They have taken 3 weeks to just identify what part was needed and even after 4 full weeks, I have no ETA of when I will get the car. They did give me a loaner car but I had to literally run between the dealership and corporate to get them give me a loaner car equivalent to what I owned - a tucson or something equal. I was given, sonata then elantra and finally they have agreed to give a Kona .. I have been going to their service center almost everyweek. Do NOT go to this dealership for service, they are the worst. More

We've been going to Keyes Hyundai for 7 years. Ever since they upgraded the building, the service has gone downhill. No longer is it personably and loyalty doesn't matter. Don't bother calling parts and service, they won't help you. They put you off, say they will have someone call you back but I have yet to have that happen. I will no longer have my car serviced here, they are more about turning a profit to pay for the new building than caring about the customer they serve. More

I am unhappy with what I believe was a sincere attempt to hide the fact that there was not a second key fob for the car I purchased. Shame on me for not asking. It is a used car. But the salesperson walked hide the fact that there was not a second key fob for the car I purchased. Shame on me for not asking. It is a used car. But the salesperson walked around with an envelope that I assumed contained the other key. Only at the end when I was handed my final docs did I realized that there wasn't another key fob. Susan said that she would look into it but didn't ever follow up with me. The fob I have has a tag written by Keyes Hyundai that says "Spare" on it. I would love to have the GM contact me just so that I can explain more although I have no real expectation that anything will be done. More
I wish that Hyundai gave loaner cars. If you don't live within the mile range you have to just wait. But I did not hear back. 845 am appt and got my car back at 5p. for recall computer updates. makes me wonder if this is how all service calls will be. I am told there are updates all the time. More
