An hour and a 1/2 for a oil change and an inspection, which my vehicle failed and the prior oil change. When I was there, my car was absolutely fine.But suddenly now it's not. Jesse called and made threats about what he thought was an unpaid bill when in fact it had been paid directly. If he had actually looked into it and did a little research, he would see the bill was in fact an unpaid bill when in fact it had been paid directly. I will never recommend key to anyone. More

Waited 30 days for my appointment, given the wrong date for the appointment. Told my bill was running about $900 so far because it had to go through a check list .Waited 8 days supposedly for the part to c for the appointment. When I called to find out what was going on again as no one had called me , I was told they would call me back to let me know why my part had not come yet, waited, no call. Went over to find out but no one works in service on the weekends. When I called them again on Monday I was told it was being worked on and should be ready to pick up that afternoon. I asked how much the bill was it was $1937.01! For an air conditioning hose and fan clutch. $1200.00 in labor??!When I questioned the bill I was told he was new and didnt know why. Never bringing anything there again, never buying anything there again. Horrible service. Not even a would you like to speak to our manager. Nothing. More
