Sales staff was great, good deal on a new van. Almost a month since I bought the car from them can’t get an answer as to why my trade has not been paid off. The Rockland office needs to “email” th Almost a month since I bought the car from them can’t get an answer as to why my trade has not been paid off. The Rockland office needs to “email” the Portsmouth office and I have to wait for an answer? I guess such a big company can’t call each other to find out. I gave them the payoff the day I bought it - then they called and asked for it again six days later. Meanwhile it’s Christmas - I have six children and an extra car payment because they did not pay it off. Started as a great experience only to be so frustrated likely won’t do business with Key Auto again (I do see from other reviews on google I’m not the only one this has happened to). More
