Got charged an extra $80 dollars for them replacing my headlight bulb while they were doing my oil change. So a $100 oil change cost me over $200 dollars. Plus I had a $100 dollars in my center console go headlight bulb while they were doing my oil change. So a $100 oil change cost me over $200 dollars. Plus I had a $100 dollars in my center console go missing after my oil change. Maybe that was just a coincidence. So a $100 oil change cost me over $300. Not a good day for me. More

I will never do business with Key Ford. While it seems the work was adequate, communication lacked and what should’ve been a week long repair spanned almost a month. They are better now than when it was Rockland Ford. Caleb and Chris (the service advisor's) were very helpful and I didn’t have to wait too long to get my car repaired. Nice waiting area.
