Chris and the rest of the service dept. did a great job of communicating with me what repairs my car needed and how long would take, etc. moved here from Cleveland 6 months ago after my hu did a great job of communicating with me what repairs my car needed and how long would take, etc. moved here from Cleveland 6 months ago after my husband passed away and was very happy to find Key Ford for service work. Will continue to bring vehicle here if and when service is required. Have driven Ford vehicles for 20+ years. More

I took my wife's car in for a noise in front end,they said it was trailing arm bushings and lateral links in rear end.I then took the car to another garage and told them to check it out,they said the rea said it was trailing arm bushings and lateral links in rear end.I then took the car to another garage and told them to check it out,they said the rear end parts were all solid,Key Ford charged us $90 some odd dollars for nothing!!!! More
