The sales part of the dealership is great. The service department has me questioning their attention to detail. I brought our one ton work truck in for it's first oil change and rotation. I was appreciative it was done quickly, but after the rotation, they never rechecked the tire pressures. One ton trucks have a 20 psi difference front to rear, and after leaving the dealer, my pressures were backwards. That means they never rechecked them after rotating them. More
