My mom and I had one of the most pleasant experiences humanly possible at Kenosha Nissan. Especially in the current climate, it was very refreshing and we can't stop talking about it. He made me feel at ease even when I was filled with uncertainty about the prospect of being qualified to purchase a vehicle. He was never pushy, unusually optimistic, ( I smile when I recall), professional and personable. Mr. Breyson and Mr. Stepney are an exceptional team and most definitely the reason for this companies success. Mr. Stepney is what I would call a mutant for those who watch the X-MEN because he possesses powers that are unlike no other. I am very grateful for having had this human interaction with both these men and glad that my mom was there to share in this experience. I know this is redundant, but I am pleased with my new vehicle, and will always recommend Kenosha Nissan to anyone who will listen. I went to dealership knowing that I wanted a Nissan Rogue Sport vehicle. Tim was very helpful. The process took a little longer due to computer/tablet issues Tim was having. My product specialist Tim Marshall AKA Fitzgerald was astounding from the get go! Tim really took my vision of what I wanted and expected. He had my Altima ready with the options I wanted and it was amazing at that moment when I saw the car. I am still amazed by it now three days later. I was hesitant on the test drive and more so wanted to get the financial out of the way. As the process went on I was more and more convinced that I was in the right place this time around buying my new Nissan. I received the utmost professional and comfortable service with Tim. I got the car I wanted with all the options I wanted all at a price that was around my monthly budget. Tim and his finance manager really went to bat for me on the financial side with bank to get those keys in my hand even as I was willing to walk.
