I was planning to drive the car home ASAP. We had to wait and wait and wait for Will. We even had to go out and get lunch because Will was not ready. I don't get it. It was a cash deal. Once we met with Will -it only took 5 minutes. Why did I have to wait 3 hours for 5 minutes of paperwork. _ Again - Tony was great - Will, not so much More

The sale guys were ok. Finance guy need to be more professional and should never take for granted he can joke with people he don't know and try to sale a insurance for 500.00 for 60,000 miles warranty professional and should never take for granted he can joke with people he don't know and try to sale a insurance for 500.00 for 60,000 miles warranty when in reallity is 2,000.00. I had an excellent experience at this dealership! Tim Marshall was my salesman and he was not pushy or putting pressure on me to make a decision. My mom and I had one of the most pleasant experiences humanly possible at Kenosha Nissan. Especially in the current climate, it was very refreshing and we can't stop talking about it. Mr. Breyson was wel humanly possible at Kenosha Nissan. Especially in the current climate, it was very refreshing and we can't stop talking about it. Mr. Breyson was welcoming, charming, extremely optimistic and a cool dude according to my mom. He made me feel at ease even when I was filled with uncertainty about the prospect of being qualified to purchase a vehicle. He was never pushy, unusually optimistic, ( I smile when I recall), professional and personable. Mr. Breyson and Mr. Stepney are an exceptional team and most definitely the reason for this companies success. Mr. Stepney is what I would call a mutant for those who watch the X-MEN because he possesses powers that are unlike no other. I am very grateful for having had this human interaction with both these men and glad that my mom was there to share in this experience. I know this is redundant, but I am pleased with my new vehicle, and will always recommend Kenosha Nissan to anyone who will listen.
