Horrible experience, went in pre approved with Capital One, They added $3000 in extras, I told them no I would except it and they said they would remove the Charges but came back and told me they couldn't One, They added $3000 in extras, I told them no I would except it and they said they would remove the Charges but came back and told me they couldn't take the Nano Coating Charge off, I know they can I bought a car there 2 years ago and they had no problem then!! From the looks of the empty show they can use all the sales they can get, Carvana might be a tad higher on interest but no games with xx charges just to squeeze an extra dime out of you!!! More

Saw a car, called on it, was given fluff, went with my own financing, and was told I don't qualify for the advertised final price that was given. I visited Kenosha Nissan on 11/07/2024, with the expectation of purchasing a 2024 Nissan Versa, after speaking with a gentleman who called himself Bam, within the last two weeks, and a gentleman who called himself Matt, on 11/06/2024, it was confirmed that the vehicle, a 2024 Nissan Versa, bearing the VIN# 3N1CN8DV5RL916646, was still available for the program that you had going on this week that if you sold so many versas by the ninth of November, you could offer these cars at the $14,900 and above based on the trim line. Chris, I explained to both of these gentleman that I had my own financing through American Airlines CU, Matt had even suggested that I ask for Benny when I arrived. I arrived at your dealership around 3p.m. on the seventh, asked for Benny, whose last name is Hanna, and Benny paired me with Jason, a pleasant young man indeed, but after the test drive of the vehicle, the nonsense started. I was first told that you guys don't accept American Airlines checks, and then I was told that because I had my own financing, I don't qualify for the rebates.
