The service was great except for the fact that my LCD display needs to be replaced and it is on backorder and I was told it could be up to 3 months before it is available. Dealership that does not respect your time. Used Z06 on the lot, called in, asked if the price was negotiable. Was told it was negotiable if I was in person. I drove over an hour only to be told the price would be the full price, and ontop of the complete waste of time, I am also told there is even more fees ontop and that the price I was told over the phone was the "internet price." Don't waste your time here with any of the sales people who will lie over the phone and not respect your time. shop at another local dealer that does not use scummy tactics. Do not take a "doc fee" and their other bountiful tacked on items just to scam you out of your money More

Previously I had my car at the dealership to have the A/C fixed, for 4 1/2 months, and was told all this time that the "condenser" was in back order. Finally, after have my car back, 2 weeks later I dro A/C fixed, for 4 1/2 months, and was told all this time that the "condenser" was in back order. Finally, after have my car back, 2 weeks later I droped it off, again, to be diagnosed, due to a noise that seems to be the "starter", according to the service adviser. It took more than 2 months without the diagnostic, which happened after I went back to them and replicated the noise, which "the technician was unable to do so". After various in person contacts with service advisor, service manager, etc, 2 1/2 months later I was able to have the car back. Now, just one week later, the engine light came on, and I just panic, traumatized. It is worthnote that, throught all these ordeals, communication was a problem, since calls can not reach the receivers, including the main dealership phone, and text messages not always were answered, or answered days later. For the second drop-off, the justification was that " the technicians were overloaded and the shop was beyond capacity". The car was delivered very dirty, and the cell phone holder broken. More
