Quiet the TV was off no water in fridge no car brouchers on table to look at 2026 line up. Very quiet i felt more like a number than apart of the dodge family.
Anthony made a honest mistake and made it right within minutes. Its communication on both our parts 50/50. He fixed it within seconds and made it right. I respect that plus he was multi tasking multiple customers and doing a good job at it.
This is the second time we’ve taken my daughter’s Jeep to this dealership for repairs, and once again, we had a great experience. Felipe was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process—easy to reach, responsive, and genuinely committed to working with us to find a fair price. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust when it comes to car repairs, but Felipe made everything smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate his transparency and customer-focused approach.
