Was not an enjoyable experience at all. Was charged for work not performed, twice. Wrote to social media email as suggested by owner in response to another reviewer negative feedback in Yel Was charged for work not performed, twice. Completed Ram survey (received from Ram), and now they keep asking me if I have been contacted by the dealer. Other than receiving an appointment for another oil change and “tire rotation” in three months (???) and this new survey , no one has contacted me to follow up. Thank you. More
