Customer Service at the car service Dept was horrible. I was referred to three different people before an individual with the wrong attitude addressed the reason for the visit: just pick up my Jeep. Initial was referred to three different people before an individual with the wrong attitude addressed the reason for the visit: just pick up my Jeep. Initially, this individual had the wrong attitude. His attitude changed a bit eventually and tried to be helpful it took another 25 minutes to retrieve the car. They claimed it was blocked by other cars in service. Obviously, I will never be coming back here. More
I have a 1 year old Grand Cherokee which has an electrical problem. I have taken it to Kendall Jeep 3 times, (sometimes waiting for a week before they even look at the car). They were not been able to correctly fix the problem and after the 3rd time the problem started again within 2 days. The 4th time, I decided to take it to Dadeland Jeep instead and within 3 hours they found and fixed the problem. I will not be taking my Cherokee to the Kendall Jeep dealership again More
The salesman, Mark Chapman was amazing. He was diligent and communicative during the process of my purchase. Not only was he understanding of the hurdles that his coworkers tasked me with, he was also very and communicative during the process of my purchase. Not only was he understanding of the hurdles that his coworkers tasked me with, he was also very patient. What followed was constantly waiting for the Finance manager, Victor, to process my paperwork. I had financing to cover the full amount to purchase the vehicle through a well known bank. Victor came to me numerous times to let me know that he was printing the contract for me to sign. Yet when Mark was able to explain how long I had been waiting (approximately 4 hours), Victor finally took me to his office and had just began printing the necessary documents while I was now present. His lack of time management and attention to detail created an entire mess. He made this process the worst I have ever experienced. He is extremely rude and difficult to work with. He caused me to miss a flight home, as I live in Maryland. He got upset that I needed a moment to attempt to find another flight since he caused me to miss the first one. His attitude is very nasty and he shouldn't be in contact with customers at all. Allow me to explain the massive headache he caused due to his negligence. I reached out to Mark about the misspelling of my name and he assured me that it would be fixed. Three days into driving the vehicle I was pulled over by a police officer. He informed me that the temporary registration pulled up a "silver" 2020 Dodge Charger Hellcat. This struck me as odd as the car was purchased with 14 miles and had never been painted. The car is red/burgundy. The officer checked the vin on the car and after showing documentation he allowed me to go. I didn't think much of this as I thought the officer basically profiled the car and just wanted to verify that it was my vehicle. The next time a relative was pulled over while driving my car. The officer explained that the vin number and car color on the temporary tag was inaccurate and did not match. This officer was not so lenient. He impounded my car and placed it on hold for investigation due to the suspicion of a fraudulent registration. This took place the day before Thanksgiving. As you can imagine, I was not happy. Upon trying to reach the detective that placed my car on hold he instructed me to speak to the departments Sargent. I tried that with no luck. I went to the tow yard and called Mark to let him know that Victor had created the registration incorrectly. He was very apologetic and was able to fix the issue within minutes and they released the vehicle to me. I immediately went to the dealership. Which was an hour away. Mark met me and introduced me to Angel, not a pleasant man. I explained to him the issue. He offered me a car wash and an apology. I asked to be reimbursed for his employees negligence. I'm sure at this point everyone knows that getting pulled over by a police officer is very nerve wracking and to be unaware of any registration issues on the car does not make it any better. I was terrified for my relative, as he is a black male. Upon asking to be reimbursed for the impound fees, due to his employee's negligence, he smiled at me and said "I'm not gonna do that" and proceeded to chuckle. I politely asked to speak with his manager. He said "sure, but he's just going to tell you the same thing". As I wait to speak with Hector, the manager, Mark comes to apologize for his coworkers unprofessional behavior. When I spoke with Hector he checked the vin and explained to me that that should not have happened. He was very clear and professional in everything he discussed with me. He verified that the registration was fixed within the DMV system and offered to issue a check for the impound fees. I can't imagine how badly this could have resulted with a routine traffic stop. I legitimately purchased this beautiful 2020 Dodge Charger Hellcat without dealer financing. This should have been a clean transaction but unfortunately not. More

I towed my vehicle on Monday the 28th to Kendall Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram located at 13355 SW 137th Ave, Miami, FL 33186 service area where my wife and I were attended by a service advisor, real chill this Chrysler Jeep Ram located at 13355 SW 137th Ave, Miami, FL 33186 service area where my wife and I were attended by a service advisor, real chill this person laying back in his chair seems like being on his break time instead of actually working. Anyway, after we provided him with our vehicle description and issue (Bad Battery and Electric problem while starting up the car using the keyless start button) he then told us to locate someone with a “Blue Shirt” to tell us where to drop the car from the tow truck instead of getting on his feet and locate the person for us (current and potential future clients). After having to locate the guy with the “Blue Shirt” which was super rude, the guy dropped our vehicle in the very last parking spot available which got us to think that these people were not going to check the vehicle anytime soon. This happened on Monday, a few days went by without receiving any notifications from the service advisor regarding the status of our vehicle after they told us they will get back to us within 24/48 hours, well, it has been more than 72 hours without any feedback providing the outcome of a diagnostic test that I shouldn’t be paying in the first place, this is like the 4th time we take our car to this dealer and every time we have a bad experience. I had to contact the supposed "Service Manager" who was polite and managed to address our concern to have the car looked at on Thursday but unfortunately provided us with nothing new but the same information that was provided to this dealer (service advisor) when the car was first brought in (Bad battery and Electric problem) on Monday. As clients, we don’t see ourselves buying any other cars in this dealership as it is always a nightmare to deal with the service department when we need anything done. We managed to get our car back today Friday after being the whole week in the dealership service area with a bad battery, frustrating and ridiculous the service provided here, I DO NOT Recommend this dealer from now on, I'm taking my vehicle to tire kingdom or some other shop. If it took this dealer a whole WEEK to work on a vehicle that supposedly only had a bad battery...I don’t want to imagine other customers coming with bigger issues, what a shame More

Fantastic encounter with my sales rep, Nick Alfonso and a manager Kris. Walked away with a brand new 2020 Challenger Scat Pack for 39k out the door. Got home and found damage that occurred to the hood scoop, manager Kris. Walked away with a brand new 2020 Challenger Scat Pack for 39k out the door.
