Great service just took a while for someone to approach me. Paula finished up with a customer and approached me to see if I had been helped; there was at least two other gentleman that seemed to be to busy me. Purchased a Jeep gladiator, and the dealer was supposed to provide a hitch and install it. The dealer provided the wrong hitch and more than a month later still had not provided the appropriate one.
