Julian and Paula were amazing! I was having a bit of a rough morning due to cell phone towers being down so I couldn’t get a ride back to my house to then go to work. Paula was very helpful in trying to get the shuttle to start earlier than normal to get me home and to work on time meanwhile Julian (one of the mechanics) heard what was going on & was able to see ice my car and get me out quickly. Overall they were both very pleasant, I always work with Paula when I take my car she’s one of the best employees there in the service department! My truck was over 150 days there. As a result battery died, I had to buy a $200 battery, when I left with my truck I got stranded because they left the battery connections loose. Then engine was dirty with oil everywhere, truck still leaking coolant and oil which was the purpose for the servicing. More
