Previously I had my car at the dealership to have the A/C fixed, for 4 1/2 months, and was told all this time that the "condenser" was in back order. Finally, after have my car back, 2 weeks later I dro A/C fixed, for 4 1/2 months, and was told all this time that the "condenser" was in back order. Finally, after have my car back, 2 weeks later I droped it off, again, to be diagnosed, due to a noise that seems to be the "starter", according to the service adviser. It took more than 2 months without the diagnostic, which happened after I went back to them and replicated the noise, which "the technician was unable to do so". After various in person contacts with service advisor, service manager, etc, 2 1/2 months later I was able to have the car back. Now, just one week later, the engine light came on, and I just panic, traumatized. It is worthnote that, throught all these ordeals, communication was a problem, since calls can not reach the receivers, including the main dealership phone, and text messages not always were answered, or answered days later. For the second drop-off, the justification was that " the technicians were overloaded and the shop was beyond capacity". The car was delivered very dirty, and the cell phone holder broken. More

For some reason, service has gone downhill from when I first started to take my car there. Been taking our car for service there for 5 years. They did not tell me there would be a 3 week wait before they would even touch my car. Then they made me wait an additional 2 days so that they could wash my car and then gave it back to me in a condition d they would even touch my car. Then they made me wait an additional 2 days so that they could wash my car and then gave it back to me in a condition dirtier than I gave it to them. When I told my advisor that I was upset that I paid 2500 dollars to receive my car back dirty she told me I could wash it and that the dealer would reimburse me. I went to the dealer for reimbursement and I was told that my advisor did not have the authority to tell me this. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau as it has been over a week and a half with no follow up from the dealership. More
