I had tires delivered to the parts dept and I've called twice to confirm, left 2 messages still waiting on a call back. Never had an issue before but the last month or so has been bad. Also, about 1.5 m twice to confirm, left 2 messages still waiting on a call back. Never had an issue before but the last month or so has been bad. Also, about 1.5 months ago I took my car in because I have a recall on my jeep and they told me they had the part in but I'd have to wait 6 to 8 weeks to get it fixed AND they wanted to loan me a tiny car. No effort to make this process pleasant. I've had 2 oil changes, that's never been a problem. More
Car in service for 2wks. Returned 3 days later because they did something wrong. Second trip 5.5wks and repairs still not done correctly. Service manager could care less. Man Returned 3 days later because they did something wrong. Second trip 5.5wks and repairs still not done correctly. Service manager could care less. Manager provide ear candy and nothing else. Prior to this I have had cars delivered dirty, grease smears on steering wheel, grease hand prints on leather seats and soak wet interior. ‘We are sorry we left your window open’(they didn’t have to dry it nor ever offered to clean the filth! Don’t trust this place to do the work you pay for. Just because they are dealership just gives them the right charge double and not do the work or do it right. The best possible treatment that any customer can hope to receive from a car dealership. Wille Arnold, Rodney Gallego y E. Rivas were outstanding in their respective functions. I would not buy my next car receive from a car dealership. Wille Arnold, Rodney Gallego y E. Rivas were outstanding in their respective functions. I would not buy my next car from anywhere else. More

Kendall I lived far away so I was trying to get as much done as possible over the phone, especially since we have 4 young kids. That didn’t go very well. I was told “you really need to come down to ge much done as possible over the phone, especially since we have 4 young kids. That didn’t go very well. I was told “you really need to come down to get a deal. See the car”. I expressed that we have kids so, I really wanted to get as much info as possible over the phone. The sales guy told us “bring the kids. We have crayons”. Good thing i didn’t because there wasn’t anything for kids. There was another couple who did bring their kids and I felt bad for them bc the kids were bored and going bonkers at the dealership. This was the only dealer around with the Pacifica we wanted so, reluctantly we made arrangements for the kids, made an appointment, and made the 40 minute drive down. When we got there our sales rep was busy with other customers. So much so that we waited for hours accomplishing very little in the brief moments we spoke to our sales person. I understand a sales person getting busy. I am one. That sounds like a good day. But I would assume that there would be a sales person to back him up so that the customers who needed help wouldn’t have a bad experience. You would think there would be a manager who would jump in and assist for the same reason. There was not. Instead, it took us four hours with very minimal communication with the sales person and very little progress. In the end, I’m not sure that I got the deal that I wanted. Once we got to finance, I was told the manager had left for the night so, we were stuck with the little we’d achieved over that long period of time. If their strategy was just to keep us waiting until we gave up, they won. It was a grueling experience. The type that you hear people commonly complain about and why people “hate” going to dealerships. Once the car was purchased, more lengthy issues occurred. Just getting the vehicle from the showroom floor to the parking lot took a long time. Once we got it into the parking lot the EV charging cable was missing along with the roadside kit. The rep kept insisting we keep our used roadside kit in case he couldn’t find what was supposed to come with the vehicle. Finally after another long wait the sales person came back with the ev cord, roadside kit, manual, and everything that was supposed to be in the vehicle upon purchase. After driving off, we found that aside from the driver side, none of the window or door lock buttons work. We also thought that the it needed windshield wiper fluid. After further inspections, the fluid is completely full. The car just doesn’t spray it out onto the window so, there’s a pump issue. After purchasing the vehicle we received a courtesy call. I told them everything I’ve written here and was told I would get a call from a manager. That never happened. Does this place even have managers, I wonder in hindsight?? Instead, I was called by the sales person who told me to take videos of the problems and send them to him. I’m not sure what good that will do. We live far away and I’ll just need to take it to the closest dealership for inspection. This was the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. I hadn’t had poor ones before so, this really shed light on why people traditionally hate going to the dealership. Now I know and I hope to never have to return to this dealer. More
