Truck was in the shop for three days without no one taking a look on a broken latch.... something very simple to diagnose and take out. Aventura location saw it when we checking in and refered us to a taking a look on a broken latch.... something very simple to diagnose and take out. Aventura location saw it when we checking in and refered us to a body shop for the repair which solved it in thirty minutes all without wasting time and money since the truck was out of commission for three days. Whoever did my service oil and tire rotation, decided to open the coolant and they left the coolant cap open. When I arrived home, all the coolant came out with a lot of smoke, and I thought I had damaged t open the coolant and they left the coolant cap open. When I arrived home, all the coolant came out with a lot of smoke, and I thought I had damaged the engine. They took the car back with a tow truck to the shop and, thank God, nothing serious happened. I will avoid bringing my car to you for service ever again. More
