From start to finish (and then beyond), they simply wanted us to be happy with our purchase - everything was built around that. They were consistently very honest, open, and extremely patient. Our sales consultant, Jasten, was SO terrific! He was very patient, honest, down-to-earth, low-pressured, but very dedicated, responsive, and hardworking. There was a slight delay in getting the car (beyond the dealer's control) - Jasten personally dropped off a loaner late night one night to us, without our even requesting! How many dealers/agents would do that (note, this is before we made the purchase/signed anything - again, the theme of customer satisfaction). We were on the fence with many decisions, but Jasten (and the dealership in general) were very patient along the way, answering every question. And one won't find a more patient, knowledgable finance advisor than Jermain - what an asset! From start to finish (and then beyond), it's clear that they want their customers to be very happy. More

This time salesman, Mike Pardini, proved to be down to earth and straight forward. Sales manager, Greg Miller, was willing to work with us on a price and proved to be a "stand up guy" when the car he located had more options and consequently cost more, but he sold it to us for the originally agreed upon "out the door price". Mike was very helpful pointing out how to work all the bells and whistles on this car. More
