Above and Beyond! Our 2011 RAV4 LE AWD was totaled due to a freak hailstorm on May 22, 2014. My husband anticipated replacing the 2011 LE AWD with a 2014 LE AWD--we we Our 2011 RAV4 LE AWD was totaled due to a freak hailstorm on May 22, 2014. My husband anticipated replacing the 2011 LE AWD with a 2014 LE AWD--we were satisfied with what we had, so why deviate from that? We took a 2014 LE 2WD out for a test drive, and beyond behaving as we expected, we were *greatly* impressed with the changes Toyota made to the LE model (the dash layout; the audio features; the touchscreen)--it seemed like we were driving a more expensive model. For whatever reason, Adam did a double-check on the number crunching to see if he could get us a lower monthly payment; he came back to tell us Freedom could offer us a 2014 XLE AWD for an even better price than the LE version we came for! The pricing plus the model features blew us away, and of course, the test drive sealed the deal. Thank you, Adam, for getting us back into a RAV! More

Never did Caleb pressure me, try to rush my decision nor guilt me into not making an immediate purchase. That is why he is the Best Salesman I have ever been associated with. Caleb patiently waited, touched base on ocassions but never being pushy just checking to see now I was and make sure I was going to be happy with whatever decision I was to make. It took 6 weeks for me to finally make my mind up and purchase an Awesome car - CPA Camaro 45 th SS Special edition with a huge engine producing 424 horsepower. I love my Camaro. The price was the best around by far. Not only did I get a great car, I also gained a good friend and I am a customer for life. Everyone should go to Freedom Toyota/Hyundai in Hamburg PA.
