Service department is not customer friendly. Communication is NOT clear, pricing is NOT transparent and they will try to UPSELL you on EVERYTHING!!! The customer "Service Advisor" primary job is to INCREASE your bill!!! They do not have your best interest in mind, they want to charge you as much as they possibly can... They got me twice and tried to get me elderly patents as well. No more Kelly Toyota for our family!!! Shameful!!!

Found a used vehicle with a specific set of features online at Kelly Toyota. Made an appointment to go see it. Cleaned up our trade. Called them as we set out in a snow/ice storm. Told them we would be about 10 minutes late for our scheduled appointment. Their sales guy said “no problem, we will have the truck pulled up for you when you get here. Half way through our 1.5 hour drive in crappy conditions, the salesman called back to say that vehicle is sold, but he would be happy to find us something else. I get it. Stuff happens. But I will never go back to these guys for anything.

They just care about the sale, nothing else. They will lie to get the sale like they did to me.

Would not buy a used car here or take it in for service. I’d definitely not buy their warranty. They sold me a car with a bad engine. To keep the story short they would not fix it under the warranty. Ended up exchanging it but lost around $2000 doing it then they tried sneaking in the Zurich guard and said I must buy it. Jermey Service manager unprofessional. After I traded it in for a truck the truck I bought had smoke smell in it and had to take that back in for that. Got no apology’s for selling me a bad car and all the hassle I went through. Let’s just say I’m telling all my family and friends not to come here and they buy and service from here. You want to fix this Kelly? You have my number.

My car was there for service for 12 days and I had to call 7 times to follow up on my repairs and I asked 5 times for my car to get looked at and give me numbers on a new one and never received a call back about that.
