Our morning with Nicky Nicky took care of us from the moment we pulled in until we left about 2 hrs later. We told him our issues and showed him some coupons. He called me while we were there to tell us what they found out about our problem and made recommendations and fully explained why those recommendations were made. He got us a ride back to the dealership. My husband and I were very pleased with our clean, serviced vehicle. More

Great Sales and Finance Services, not so much Service Techs To quote another reviewer, "I would recommend Freedom Toyota and, more specifically, Weston, to anyone looking for a great car buying experience. His personality, honesty and willingness to go the extra mile will bring [me] back..." Shane in Finance was also exceptional. In the service department, Jeremy was involved in overseeing work done on my vehicle, which I eventually traded in for a newer, certified used car of the same model. I would recommend others to work with him. He is genuine, down-to-earth, and professional. He always kept me updated. However, my experience with the service technicians was not satisfying by any definition. They were good at "finding" other work to be done on my older Toyota vehicle, but never fixed the original problem. Because they said they had fixed the vehicle at the first service visit, a total of $3500+ was spent before finally being told the car was too old to fix due to the cost of actual, correct repair. I have minimal to no confidence in the mechanics. If the problem had been correctly identified initially, the car would have been traded in long before those additional monies were wasted. So . . . kudos and thanks to Weston, Shane, and Jeremy; not so much to the service department. I will most likely have the car serviced elsewhere. More
