I went to the dealership to see if I could get my oil changed in my Rav4 and while I was there I decided to look around because I wanted to see the new 2016 Tacoma's. Well I found a beauty in the showroom and asked if Doug might be available just to say Hi and ask a few questions, well next thing you know he's pulling it out of the showroom for me to test drive. I fell in love and asked if it was possible for me to trade in and not increase my payment. Magic Doug was off and running, he worked on getting me the numbers I needed and I walked away with an awesome 2016 Toyota Tacoma and another great experience at Freedom Toyota....Doug you Rock!!!! 120,000 service This is my first time getting service at Freedom. Erin was the person that made my appt on the phone and she was the one to greet me on my appt day. This is my first time getting service at Freedom. Erin was the person that made my appt on the phone and she was the one to greet me on my appt day. She was very welcoming, kind and accommodating. The Freedom service department was honest (unlike the last dealer I dealt with). Erin went over every item and the cost involved. After Erin gave me all the information and recommendations, she allowed me to choose what to have (or have not) done. I live far from Freedom and pass several Toyota dealers on the way, but it was well worth the trip. From now on, it's Freedom (& Erin) for me!!! More
