Very professional and friendly I had to return to get a fog light lens put on so my car would pass inspection and Erin was thorough, polite, and most of all very happy and friendly. Very little negotiation involved, I let them know what I wanted and how much I was willing to pay and they made it happen. The best thing about the whole experience was that I have never felt like I was being held hostage to make a deal as I have at other dealerships. I will be back to Freedom Toyota for my next vehicle when the time comes for a new one. My opinion of Freedom Toyota is that out of 5 stars, they get 6.
