It is exactly what I wanted and more. I told my salesman Doug, what I was interested in, my budget, my warranty and safety concerns and he delivered. I am extremely happy that my maintenance is also included in my purchase for the next two years. If it weren't for Doug advising me on all the options available to me, I would have purchased a used car, paid more monthly, would be paying for maintenance and probably would have had to buy a warranty also costing me more. I even had multiple choices of color in the car I wanted! If I went for the used car I only had one choice! I am so pleased with my decision and the outstanding treatment I was given by Doug Murphy. I value trust, honesty and hard work, Doug possesses all these traits, he was open and honest with everything he told me and he worked very hard to get me the absolute best deal on the exact car I wanted. My family who has referred me here also purchased two Tacomas and a car at Freedom within the last three years. We are repeat customers for a reason! More

Fantastic service! My husband and I went in for a used car, just something to get us to work so we weren't expecting anything special. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a dealer named Doug. He offered us coffee since we showed up on a motorcycle in the middle of november. He sat us down in his little office and asked what we were here for. We told him our situtation, that we were there to trade in the motorcycle for a used car for winter. He immediately started naming a few cars from the lot that they have with four wheel drive, he knew his stuff. Pulling some up on his computer he showed us plenty of options in our price range. Doug was really nice and did not take forever with paperwork (like some dealerships). We were shown the vehicles and took test drives until we found the car we wanted. Doug even had a suggested car insurance company for us when we bought the car. It couldn't have been a simpler process to buy a car and Doug did a fantastic job at making it painless and quick. My husband and I got the car we wanted for a great price with nothing wrong with it! I recommend anyone who is even just looking to purchase a car to come to the Freedom Toyota in Hamburg! More

I am not happy with the service department and the sales manager. The truck had a few issues that I caught right after I bought the truck. A broken leaf spring and a broken exhaust manifold bolt. They claim the spring wasn't broken when I bought it even though I know otherwise. Being that I had to wait about a month until I could get it to the shop this one is tough to prove. However the broken exhaust manifold bolt wasn't. Even though it was covered by their warranty they refused to fix it because it wasn't leaking. The warranty doesn't say it has to be leaking, it is a broken component of the manifold which is supposed to be covered. So I will deal with these issues over time because I am a mechanic, but I will never recommend them as a place to buy a used car or truck. More
