Manager approach was a bit Aggressive and NOT interested in the point I was stating or the fact that there was a Class Action Issue for the problem . I purchased my car from them, at the time there were no issues. However, months later I noticed there were water stains inside on the roof. I brought it back twice before they serviced it. Then I had a fla issues. However, months later I noticed there were water stains inside on the roof. I brought it back twice before they serviced it. Then I had a flat called and scheduled a appointment and was told they had no appointments that week and it qould be a week out before they could see me.... My sensor for the tires came on, and stayed on. I got the car serviced for this tire and paid for a new sensor. The light stayed on, I came back at lease two more times amd was told that I needed new tires, paid for that amd the light was still on. Then, I was informed that due to me using fix a flat I needed to buy a new sensor becuase that messed the first sensor up..... I was never told that I had run flat tires and never to use this.... If I just purchased the car last year even with wear and tare I shouldnt have needed new tires already. Also to have to pay for the same sensor twice within weeks apart is ridiculous. Just think they could have know all of this in the beginning amd saved me and them time. More
