This was our second vehicle purchased since 2006 by my wife by herself. I have never been to the dealer to purchase the first vehicle in 2006, nor have I ever met any of the sales representatives there be wife by herself. They did not have the particular model and color of the vehicle I wanted, and Diego Arce told me he was 99.9% sure he could get it for me, and for the price I wanted. A week later, Diego called me saying that the vehicle came in. There was no hassle whatsoever. Diego also provided his personal cell phone should I have any questions. Not only did he go over the car, he gave me a tour of the dealership, service center and introduced me to service manager, so I would know where to bring my car for service tune ups. He also introduced his business manager, was totally professional, showing me different options to extend warranty, etc. again, with no pressure whatsoever. Even though I must admit that I am a very stubborn person on purchasing a new vehicle, I would totally recommend this dealership and will purchase another car from them in the future. More

There was no hassle whatsoever. Purchasing a car as a single woman, that meant so much to me. Tony actually came in on his day off to deliver the car to me. Buying a new car from Leo Suncar at Kelly Nissan was an incredible experience! On our first trip to the dealership, my husband and I explained to Leo that we were just there to look and that we didn't eve incredible experience! On our first trip to the dealership, my husband and I explained to Leo that we were just there to look and that we didn't even know which models we were interested in seeing. The fact that we were not there to buy a car that day was OK with Leo, he spent hours with us looking at just about every type of cars/SUVs made by Nissan. He knew every detail of every car. Then he took us on a test drive that was a "true" test drive, it was not a 5 minute ride around the block. He and Mike stayed late (after 9pm) to discuss pricing with us. Remember they knew we wouldn't be buying a car that night but wanted us to have the information to take home and think about. There was zero pressure! We returned to the dealership the next day and basically had a car buying therapy session with Leo - this is what we want, this is what we think we can afford, these are the items that are important to us...again he was soooo patient and just listened. In the end, we are very happy owners of our new Nissan Rogue! We will highly recommend Leo Suncar and Kelly Nissan to everyone we know. All car buying experiences should be incredible - buying a new car should be fun and exciting and Leo made sure it was. THANK YOU!! PS - The finance department is great too - no pressure! This dealership has an employee, Laird Rencher who works diligently to ensure that the customer is satisfied. I was pleased to be able to find a car that I was interested in, I was given a great deal and i diligently to ensure that the customer is satisfied. As far as price goes, I'm a little disappointed that the price on the Kelly Nissan website inventory locator did not match up to the price that was on the actual Juke that I purchased. The website had it listed at $24,650 and the MSRP on my Juke was $25,410. I purchased the vehicle with a VPP, mine was listed as an "A Plan" however, when it was being added, I was then told it was a C plan. Wasn't quite sure on how all of that works. Aside from all of that, I would recommend Laird Rencher as a salesman to anyone. More
