Terrible the problem that I went in for less than two weeks after purchase, still persists, after being back in the dealership twice in one month. I hate that I bought this car. I am pleased to report the quick response to my letter of concern about Kelly Nissan's multipoint inspection of my 2013 Nissan Maxima. The service department manage Raul Zamudio contacted me by phone. I am impressed with how he resolved the issue in my favor. I've been a loyal customer at Kelly Nissan since 2016.
