Went in for a oil change and tire rotation and the tires were not rotated. I let the service person know this and he told me they would do the tire rotation when I brought it back for front end work on the were not rotated. I let the service person know this and he told me they would do the tire rotation when I brought it back for front end work on the suspension but it wasn't done then either even after I reminded the service writer about the tire rotation. He told me he would talk to his manager about it. I still haven't heard anything back. I was very disappointed in the service. They also told me they fixed the problem with the check engine light coming on but all they did was reset it because 4 days later it came back on. More
