Very bad buying experience. ,I bought vehicle on December 2021 and sales person forgot to install floor mat so I called him to return the parts and refund me. I have been calling multiple times and it’s 5 months now and seems Koons doesn’t care. The Koons that I know 14 years ago is completely different now. Very poor customer experience.
