I had been researching and shopping for a 2022 CR-V EX-L FWD for weeks, and eventually saw a decent deal at Joyce Koons Honda, through the TrueCar app. Using that app, I expressed my interest in a particul FWD for weeks, and eventually saw a decent deal at Joyce Koons Honda, through the TrueCar app. Using that app, I expressed my interest in a particular CR-V, colored gray, and was soon contacted by Sanjeev Gurung to come in for a test drive. I scheduled an after-work/evening test drive and was met by a cheerful Sanjeev. During the test-drive he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the CR-V. Earlier that same day I had seen that another CR-V of the same trim, but a different color, red, had been listed on TrueCar for Joyce Koons Honda, but it wasn't in stock. Sanjeev looked it up and noted that it was scheduled to be delivered the next week. I wasn't keen on the gray color, nor ready to purchase on that first visit, didn't even bring my checkbook, and so scheduled to come back the next week to check out the different red CR-V. I did all my homework on expected fair prices and fees and came back to check out the new red CR-V, prepared to purchase if the deal worked out. Sanjeev accompanied me on another test drive, showing more of the features that we had skipped the previous visit, and I was sold on that particular car and color. His manager, Dipak Regmi, was helpful in structuring the deal, eventually matching the trade-in price offer that I had already secured from CarMax, in order to save me the hassle of having to go back to CarMax to get rid of my old car. Very helpful to NOT have to figure out the logistics of one person getting two cars back from dealer, new one to my house and old one to CarMax. After settling on price, I sat with Quay Payton in finance, and he was very friendly and helpful too. He was able to find me a better financing rate through Honda's finance arm, than what I had secured from my own bank, so saved me a substantial amount. Overall, I had a great experience with Joyce Koons Honda. My salesman, Sanjeev Gurung, was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car, helping me understand some of the latest technology features it offers. I will recommend anyone I know, interested in a new car, to consider Joyce Koons Honda, and to work with Sanjeev Gurung. More
Everything up until I left a designer's countertop sample in the back of my loaner car was stellar. Good communication, advice, service. Above and beyond. The same effort was given to finding the sample I left (they DID remind me to check!), but there was a lot of confusion... the task seemed to be transferred to three separate departments, Jay at concierge desk received an email about it, but thought it had been taken care of. Everyone was trying to help me locate it... I now know the exact car number to check... and so does everyone else who looks at my request... yet, I still don't have either the sample, or any word about its whereabouts. I can't be the first person to leave something in a loaner car. And I get that communication can be tough between several departments, but I just KNOW ya'll can improve upon that. We'll be back. Definitely not a deal breaker. Just a thoughtful critique for improvement of our favorite car dealer. Thank you!! More

Horrible back to back experience. Told them exactly what I needed but they returned with a $9800 diagnosis, dropped it to $6600, Based on my previous experience with them when they fo Told them exactly what I needed but they returned with a $9800 diagnosis, dropped it to $6600, Based on my previous experience with them when they forced rotors and things I didn’t need on me, I decided to tow it to a service shop where they fixed my problem for less than 1500! And thier diagnosis showed a healthy car! This dealership needs Jesus! Well, it was not the best. I called and got an estimate for what I needed done, and I gave specific instructions of what I needed done, but I ended up with a diagnostics (I didn't request) and a phone call saying it needs $9,800 worth of work and can do a temporary work for $6,600! And I had to pay $185 for the diagnostics I didn't request. This is the second of such experience from your shop. The first time, they wanted to charge me for new rotors and brakes they said were worn and dangerous. They were only 2 weeks old! When I told them my brakes were new, their story changed and they forced new rotors on me. I don't understand it but it's clear there's dishonesty here and you get milked just for engaging these guys. Sad! More
