I don’t mean the nice finance manager that took us through the steps of the payment process. I mean the Honda Financial company itself. If you go to BBB you’ll see hundreds of complaints agains them!! My advice? Buy your car at the Joyce Koons Honda, but finance it with a bank you trust. More
