Poor Service Experience Our purchase experience with Joyce Koons Honda was very pleasant. Our experiences with their service department, however, have been very disappointing Our purchase experience with Joyce Koons Honda was very pleasant. Our experiences with their service department, however, have been very disappointing. For our first service, I had an appointment and was seen promptly upon arrival. I let the gentleman know that in addition to the basic oil change, etc., that the carpet had not been properly installed and needed to be corrected. Over two hours later, for what should have taken no longer than an hour, my car was returned to me. I rushed home to relieve my babysitter. The next morning my garage floor was covered in oil and the carpet had apparently not actually been fixed. We had to take it in the following weekend so my husband could speak with the service people- who addressed the issues after we spoke with the manager. We were told it was ready- after nearly a week. We came to pick it up and after ten minutes finally got someone to help us. 25 minutes later we had to look hard to find the person originally helping us- only then were we informed that the car had run out of gas (it was not even close to empty when we brought it in) and they were having to fill it up in order to bring it up to us. We were here 55 minutes and finally a manager came to apologize. We have now been here for over an hour on a Saturday afternoon with two little ones and still no car. Why did they call to say our car was ready and then make us wait for over an hour on a beautiful Saturday afternoon? More
