I have been a customer of Koons for 15 or more years and for the past several my advisor has been Karen Huntington. Never, ever, recommends any service work that is not necessary and will even advise me when I might suggest something I do not need. Her desire to make my visit as pleasant and (especially in this inflationary time) financially easy is always appreciated. She is by far the star of the Koons service department. In addition, the work performed by the techs has always been performed expertly and problem free. Hard to find this kind of customer service in today's world. More
