In spite of insane price increases throughout the auto industry, I had the best experience with my salesperson, CJ Zhu who provided outstanding service. I wish I could say the same for the sales manager, Peter Stohlman. He was rude and condescending, and is clearly in the wrong line of business. This was the 8th vehicle I’ve ever purchased and I can say without equivocation that he was the worst. Despite that, CJ’s and Quay’s service was out of the park, which is why I’m giving the highest rating. More

Made svc appt with Karen, another rep wrote wrote up & received auto: 1. 8:30 am appt for inspection, Smart Entry System problem & oil change - rec'd auto 5 pm. (Noticed that they are faster if you wait received auto: 1. 8:30 am appt for inspection, Smart Entry System problem & oil change - rec'd auto 5 pm. (Noticed that they are faster if you wait for the svc to be performed. If you leave the vehicle, we believe they put other vehicle ahead of you.) 2. They forgot to do the inspection until I got there a 5 pm & to check the SE System problem. Added alignment, brake fluid flush & transmission (60K items - $500+) 3. No refills on the fluids & waited until we picked vehicle up to ask if we wanted her washed. 4. Soon as we left the lot the Smart Entry System warning light came on. Went to another dealer today and was informed that there was a recall for the start/ stop switch. They fixed the problem. Normally, pretty good svc but not very pleased with Joyce Koons Manassas Svc Dept yesterday. More

I have been a customer of Koons for 15 or more years and for the past several my advisor has been Karen Huntington. She always goes beyond the question of "what do you need" to find what problems might be for the past several my advisor has been Karen Huntington. She always goes beyond the question of "what do you need" to find what problems might be occurring that need attention. Never, ever, recommends any service work that is not necessary and will even advise me when I might suggest something I do not need. Her desire to make my visit as pleasant and (especially in this inflationary time) financially easy is always appreciated. She is by far the star of the Koons service department. In addition, the work performed by the techs has always been performed expertly and problem free. Hard to find this kind of customer service in today's world. More
