STAY AWAY! !!! Probably bought they most expensive auto on their lot or dang near the most expensive. Bought a used 2019 Honda Type R in 2021. Absolutely amazing !!! Probably bought they most expensive auto on their lot or dang near the most expensive. Bought a used 2019 Honda Type R in 2021. Absolutely amazing vehicle and completely satisfied with the car to this very day. But the sales staff lied to me endlessly about getting me the spare key for the car. Contacted the dealership multiple times ove a one year period and just kept getting endless lies or no calls back. Eventually finally had a sales manager rudely tell me they weren't going to give me the key they promised to get at the original sale. Listen if they will lie and draw something so small out for this long on someone who was buying the best they have they will lie about everything up to including big ticket items. Definitely a problem with integra and honesty within the sales division of this dealership. Go some where else and don't get ripped of. More

I purchased a used vehicle in March 2022, the vehicle didn't come with a spare key. The sales lady Falom said they would have one made ( part of the sale agreement) As of today July 23. 2022 I still have didn't come with a spare key. The sales lady Falom said they would have one made ( part of the sale agreement) As of today July 23. 2022 I still have NO spare key...I have reached out to Falom and haven't heard a thing. It seems they tell you what you wanna hear to get the purchase and then leave you hanging. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone seeking a new or used car! More

In spite of insane price increases throughout the auto industry, I had the best experience with my salesperson, CJ Zhu who provided outstanding service. He really listened to my situation and went above a industry, I had the best experience with my salesperson, CJ Zhu who provided outstanding service. He really listened to my situation and went above and beyond to meet my needs, as did the finance manager, Quay Payton. Both young men are wonderful representatives for Joyce Koons Honda. I wish I could say the same for the sales manager, Peter Stohlman. He was rude and condescending, and is clearly in the wrong line of business. This was the 8th vehicle I’ve ever purchased and I can say without equivocation that he was the worst. Despite that, CJ’s and Quay’s service was out of the park, which is why I’m giving the highest rating. More
