My service person (Elmer) was nice enough, but did not quote me the correct price for the service they wanted to do. I thought the entire service would be one price but when they were finished the price w quote me the correct price for the service they wanted to do. I thought the entire service would be one price but when they were finished the price was $249 higher than quoted. It costs $530 to replace two Tire Pressure Monitoring Service (TPMS) sensors in the tires. The labor was almost $390. I had one replaced at Costco a few months ago for $80. The prices they charge are horrendous. I was also supposed to get my car washed, which did not happen and then the service provide tried to walk me to the wrong car when the car was finished. I HAVE to find a new mechanic. I have been to Koons before with good service and fair pricing (although a little high), but this was ridiculous. I will never go there again. They also said I needed a new cabin air filter which I replace myself 30 days ago. Bottom line, be very careful and knowledgeable about what you need done to your car before going to Koons. More
