Joyce Koons was the only one that was respectful of me and only sent a couple emails and then backed off and let me think. When I got closer to the purchase, I contacted three dealers. Again, Joyce Koons was the ONE that respected my timeline. Made my decision of where to buy easy once I finally identified the one car I wanted to buy. Almost everything was done on-line before I arrived then when I drove in I threw them a curve and asked to trade my current car. No problem - took us a couple hours on-site and I drove my new car home. Finance fought for ME and got me the best rate I wanted - easily beat my USAA rate even with their multiple discounts. No car deal is painless but this one was close to perfect. More
