My only discomfort was with the finance "advisor" who, while very courteous, did put pressure on me to purchase the add on features. I understand this is part of a car dealerships practices, but if those things are so important, they should be included in the base price of the cars they sell. At one point I was questioning the soundness of the vehicle itself because this gentleman made it sound like if I did not purchase these extras, I would have a great deal of trouble with the car down the road. I had to remind myself that this was a Honda I was buying and that I was confident in the company. Gabe actually checked in on me during this process to make sure I was not having a bad experience. This made things better for me and I do appreciate his attention. I would recommend him highly as someone with integrity and great customer service. More
