Great experience except for waiting 3 and 1/2 hours for the administration/finance department . We didn't get to leave until 9:30pm- 1/2 hour after official closing. I bought honda passport 2019, sports, ceriltified. I test drove and loved the ride. However, I did not thoroughly checked inside of the vehicle. When I took the car for a ride with my wife, while sitting on drove and loved the ride. However, I did not thoroughly checked inside of the vehicle. When I took the car for a ride with my wife, while sitting on a passenger seat, she noticed a big cut in the rear seat behind a driver's seat. The cut was not visible unless you bent down or not on a passenger seat. I emailed Steve immediately after I noticed the cut. I had to follow up several times, including calling sales manager Bob Thompson to find out how the dealership was going to handle this. Finally, I was asked to bring in the vehicle and the cut was repaired, but not without the visible repair. That did not make me happy. I requested for a seat cover to cover the torn seat. Although, sales person, Falom worked diligently to convince sales manager Bob Thompson, my request was rejected. When I approached Bob directly to Express my dissatisfaction with his approach on this issue in a very polite way, instead of taking responsibility, Bob"s answer was very unprofessional. He said, "I am fixing the torn seat without any charge, and the cut was noticed after taking the delivery". My answer was, I noticed the cut on Thursday, after a day I bought the vehicle and on my first ride with my wife. I immediately called Steve, when I could not get an answer I emailed Steve. When I did not get an answer from Steve, I called Bob and brought the issue to his attention. Bob said he was not sure how he was going to handle this unless he saw the cut. Finally, dealership gave me the back seat cover but refused to put it for me. Also, my car was not detailed from inside. It was not detailed again after I brought it back to the dealership and waited 2 hrs. Further, I brought a very minor chip on the door to Falom's attention. I appreciate Falom worked hard and promised to mail me touch up paint. I will be waiting on it. I bought this SUV with full trust on dealership. How could the car be certified with torn seat? And the seemed little old. I am not happy with dealership"s After sales service. They could have easily handled these minor issues for a vehicle I paid more than 31000 dollar, trusting that it is certified and will be up to date. I wii be hesitating to recommend this dealership. Bob Thompson, as a sales manager could have handled this more professionally. More
Excellent and efficient staff who are very client oriented. While overall prices are high, there are monthly specials which bring the cost down. My family and I were treated with respect and were taken care of in a timely fashion. The sales rep was courteous and took care of our needs. Justin was thorough and patient. Excellent, friendly, stress free service. This was my first service since I purchased my new Honda CRV and first time using a Honda service shop. I scheduled online, showed up, drove in and Dogan greeted first service since I purchased my new Honda CRV and first time using a Honda service shop. I scheduled online, showed up, drove in and Dogan greeted me immediately. I thought I was overdue but Dogan said no worries and explained the percentage versus mileage concept to me which I thought was pretty cool. Dogan was very easy going, friendly, and answered all my questions. He followed up with me the next morning to make sure I didn't have any issues, which no service shop has ever done! Definitely top notch service at Joyce Koons Honda!! More
