I worked with Tim (sales manager) and Girma (sales person). Can’t say enough good things about my experience and the service both provided to make my new car purchase seamless. Tim gave me a quote in writing and answers all of my follow up questions over the next 3 weeks. Girma always had a friendly smile on his face and seemed genuinely interested in my needs as a customer. My emails (and there were many) were answered in a timely manner. Both men we’re extremely patient while I waited for the funds to arrive from the sale of my house. Lastly, Girma came to the dealership on his day off to make sure he was present while my purchase was finalized. In the end, I have no complaints and couldn’t have asked for anything more. Thanks again Girma and Tim! More

Picked up and delivered my vehicle at home on time. I am not happy with Joyce Koons Honda. They had my car since August 14th ordered the part Aug 17. they did give me a loaner. Asst. manager Kevin called and informed me what was wrong with my car on Aug 17 since August 14th ordered the part Aug 17. they did give me a loaner. Asst. manager Kevin called and informed me what was wrong with my car on Aug 17. They ordered the part 7 days later I called them because I have not heard from my service provider, so I called and the lady informed me that my part was on back order. I said it would have been nice if my service provider would have called and let me know that. Spoke with Kevin and informed him that I was not happy. Why should I keep calling checking on my vehicle, when I am about to pay the Honda dealership $1500.00 of course he apologized, never once mentioned anything about compensation. ( Maybe I'm in the wrong) Finally got my car back on Sept 26. I spoke with Juvik Paz paid them over the phone they delivered my car. I called Juvik back after looking over the paperwork and driving my car, because I did not understand how the written my paperwork . He said He would look up my paperwork and give me a call right back. He didn't. I called him the same day after 3 left him a message, still haven't heard from him. I texted Kevin On Mon 9/28/2020 no response. I guess they figure I have my car back. I would not have taken my vehicle to them if it didn't have to go to a Honda dealership. My second bad experience with them. More
