This service experience is top shelf, no kidding. They pick up my car every time I need service, no matter what the service is and leave a car at my house in case I need wheels. I don't know why the carmakers won't have GPS built-in for all models. - trade-in price is not impressive. - waiting a bit long (total transaction including trade-in, auto-loan, new car for more than 3 hours. - it seems there is some inconsistency between the website and the person I talked to about auto loans. - doesn’t seem to have updated info about how to return the trade-in car plates to DMV. - a bit slow on responding to email questions. - processing fee a bit higher. - thought the salesman provided a list of accessories price, at the moment, I did not think of upgrading carpet mats to all-weather mats. Wish the salesman would ask the customer to provide an option to update carpet mats to all-weather mats with some upgrade fee since carpet mats included in the car sale. More
