I bought my first Honda in 2005 and so far have been pleased having a Honda since I have had trouble with the three american cars that I had in my past. I had the most helpful sales person Theo Jones, Jr get me through the whole process of trading in my old car and getting me all the way through the process of getting my new car. I was helped with in every possible way during that day and the following days that followed with any questions that I had on my new one. I am going on my third week with my 2010 Honda Civic and loving it.. Thank you Koons Honda in Manassas. More

Great experience, never felt pressured and got the deal I wanted. Staff was very flexible with appointments as I had trouble getting there during normal business hours. I've been servicing a 20003 Accord and a 2001 Acura TL at this dealership for about 3 years and have been always extremely pleased with the service. Last Saturday morning the A/C on the Accord stopped workin this dealership for about 3 years and have been always extremely pleased with the service. Last Saturday morning the A/C on the Accord stopped working so I called them to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately they were booked so I called Rosenthal Fairfax Honda and they could get me in same day. Dropped the car in Fairfax and 2 hours later they called to tell me that compressor, clutch and stator coil are dead and need to be replaced. I couldn't believe all 3 parts failed at the same time and asked to check again. 15 min later turns out that only the stator coil is bad but they still want me to replace all 3 parts at a $1500 cost. They would reluctantly agree to replace just the stator coil for $900. Long story short I ended up taking the car to Koons Honda and they fixed it for $450!!! Trust me, this is hands down the best Honda/Acura service department in the area. More
Our 2010 Odyssey was due for our first oil change--we needed the service before we left on a short notice road trip--Joe Carroll told me bring it in, his service team was fantastic!!
