This was by far the absolute best car buying experience i have ever had. I spoke with Sunny before I came in and he had two vehicles already selected based on what i was looking for. I selected the one I w have ever had. I spoke with Sunny before I came in and he had two vehicles already selected based on what i was looking for. I selected the one I wanted within one minute of being there and instead of Sunny trying to show me anything I didn't want, or try to talk me up to something different, he began to process the paper work. I had my three year old very active son with me so i sat in the kids room keeping him entertained while Sunny ran the paper work back and forth. Once everything was ready to sign i went into the finance managers office to sign everything. This process couldn't have taken more than 15 minutes which was good because my son's three year old patience was starting to run out as he was getting more rambunctious. The finance manager was doing everything he could to streamline the process, sympathizing because he has kids as well. He showed me the extra warranties and various service packages and told me which ones he thought would actually be beneficial to me and not just tryin to push the most expensive one on me. Because of that I actually decided to go with an extended warranty instead of waiving them all as i usually do. I bought a 2010 model vehicle and realized when i got home that the safety inspection was actually expired. I had to return some paperwork the next day as it was and Sunny got the safety inspection issue taken care of when i came in to drop off the paper work so that minor issue turned into a no issue. I am coming there for sure for my next vehicle purchase. More
