I bought my car from Koons about a month ago. I recently went out of town and got a nail in the sidewall of my tire. I didn't know what to do so I called my service man, Joe Carroll. He found the closest dealer to where I was out of town and called them to make sure they had the right tire in stock and even set up the appointment for me and gave all my information to that dealership.
