I bought a new 2011 Honda Civic. Michael, the salesman, was good and very professional. Ronnie, the finance officer, sold me the car at 10% APR but couldn't get me financed. So a week later he asked me to was good and very professional. Ronnie, the finance officer, sold me the car at 10% APR but couldn't get me financed. So a week later he asked me to return the car. So I called Ronnie to set up a time to return the car. But luckily he was out and Frank, another finance officer, returned the call. When I told him about my situation, he immediately got me financed at much lower rate! I dont know how the financing process rally works but I think Ronnie was not totally honest with me (or maybe he was). I was very satisfied with the service provided by the dealership. The experience with Ronnie is the only reason I did not give them excellent review. More
Kristen is a very knowledgeable and friendly person to work with. She is flexible, understanding and very practical. She wont pressurize you but will give you all the facts. On a rainy day,I needed a repair done on my inoperatible windshield wipers ASAP. First, I tried the dealer where I purchased my car, but would not be able to get an appointment for 2 days. They were extremely helpful on the phone, describing the possible problem solutions, expense, time needed, and even cautioned me about the additional damage I could cause by continuing to use the wipers. I drove directly to Koons, and the Service department was able to do the repair that afternoon. More

I went to Koons to purchase a 2011 Honda CR-V. I bought my previous car there (2005 Honda Civic) six years ago. I am really happy that I went back to Koons for my new car. I was really impressed with the service I received; everyone was very attentive, from the internet sales department following up on quotes to Jeremy and the sales manager when we went in to buy. Everyone was very friendly and professional. We will definitely be back for our next Honda. Thank you. More
